AMU mourns the death of Professor Jamshed
AMU mourns the death of Professor Jamshed Siddiqui –

Aligarh: Professor Jamshed Siddiqui, a senior faculty member of the School of Computer Science at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and head of special mission (development), died Monday at the university’s Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital. He was 53 years old.

His demise created a wave of sorrow on the college campus, with messages of condolence from all sections of college fraternity and from outside.

Professor Tariq Mansoor, Vice-President of AMU, expressed deep sorrow for Dr. Siddiqui’s premature death, saying it was a personal loss to him.

“Dr. Sidiki’s death is a huge loss to the university. He is a talented scholar and teacher, has widespread support among students and colleagues, and is loved by everyone for his excellent behavior. “It was,” said Professor Mansoor.
