The Essentials of Education Policy of India

Human race is an image of God and supposed to care not only humanity but entire universe. Thus it is essential to understand the comprehensive picture of physical, mental, socio-econamico-environmental, moral and spiritual wellbeing along with the purpose of human life. Swami Vivekanand believed in education as the most powerful instrument of the social change which could enable the manifestation of perfection, already in human beings. It should cover all aspect of life and be aimed in reforming the human mind with foundation on nation’s cultural strength ,human values and women’s dignity. Man making and character building should be the end result.

The Education Policy of our nation must include the concept of nationalism, blooming of perfection and journey from served to serve. It should have essence of ‘Ekatm Manav Concept’ with swing towards rural and agricultural development. Nourish the sense of duties in the citizens instead of rights only.It should be focused to train the human mind in such a way that natural laws of harmonious and peaceful existence on planet earth be respected while making efforts for economic, scientific and technological development. This will automatically take care of all sustainable development goals (SDG’s) too.

My best wishes to all of you on the occasion of country's INDEPENDENCE DAY.
