Nivedita Kuhu and Aaranya Chaturvedi Marked their Presence
RANCHI. On 26th and 27th March IIT Delhi organized a National Level MUN as a part of its Annual Cultural Festival, "Rendezvous". Four students from DPS RANCHI made their pronounced presence felt at the event. The MUN (Model United Nations)included various committees like ECOSOC, UNGA, UNHRC etc. MUN which is also known as Model UN, or by the initialism MUN, is an educational simulation and academic activity in which students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations.
Nivedita Kuhu, a student of standard 12 R, emerged victorious in the UNGA-DISEC committee with a special mention.
And, Aaranya Chaturvedi of standard 12 N, won the honourable mention award in the Lok Sabha committee.
Meanwhile,Anvesha Tripathi (XII R) and Humaira (XII N) received certificates of participation.
Both the winners were appreciated abundantly by the honourable Principal of the school, Dr Ram Singh, for showing their flair and bringing accolades for the school.
